Job Duties: Process and follow-up on insurance claims to include denials & appeals. Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for disallowed or underpaid claim discrepancies Prepare adjustmentsefunds requests for accounts, as necessary. Data Entry Assist in patient phone calls. Prepare reports as assigned. Comply with all rules, regulations and procedures of the practice, state, and federal adherence. Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
