This position is well‑suited for individuals with experience in: • Medical office administration • Healthcare customer service or front‑office operations • Teaching, training, or instructional delivery • Medical terminology, insurance, and basic clinical documentation • Career readiness and employability skill development • Program planning and hands‑on training environments You will work closely with academic instructors, career services, Career Technical Training (CTT) leadership, and the Career Development Services System (CDSS) team to ensure students are prepared for certification (CMAA) and successful entry into healthcare careers. This is an on‑site, classroom‑based role that requires strong communication, subject‑matter expertise, professionalism, and the ability to create an engaging and structured learning environment. Your instruction directly influences student credential attainment, skill development, employability, and long‑term career success.
