We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to begin in mid-to-late April who is the perfect blend of a "Director of First Impressions" and a "Logistics Ninja." The Role You are the heartbeat of our clinic. You’ll manage the flow of the day, ensuring our patients feel seen and cared for from the moment they walk in until they schedule their next visit.

Requirements

Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating software and modern office technology.

Required: High School Diploma (or higher).
Preferred: 1+ years of experience working with health insurance.

Nice To Haves

Bonus Points: Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian) are a huge plus!

Responsibilities

Greeting and checking in patients with a genuine smile.
Managing appointments and keeping the flow steady (and enforcing policies with a kind but firm touch).
Answering phones and assisting patients with needs.
Collecting cost-shares and fees, answering patient questions about insurance.
Handling essential tasks like scanning, filing, and assisting with creative marketing projects.
