About The Position

This position supports the various programs of Benton County Health by providing excellent, courteous, positive customer service to a widely diverse community/client base externally and internally by phone and in person. The environment is fast paced and ever changing. This position is required to cover at various locations throughout the Benton Health Service system. This is a Bilingual Spanish/ English position and offers a Bilingual Differential of a base salary plus an additional 5%, upon successful completion of required language testing. This position is a four 10 hour day position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of administrative support, office and/or customer service experience
  • At least 6 months of actual work experience to be considered as equivalent.
  • Bilingual Spanish/ English
  • Successful completion of language testing
  • Valid Oregon driver's license or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Ability to drive and may require use of a personal vehicle
  • Successful completion of a background check
