About The Position
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Medical Office Associate I at Hackettstown Medical Center. The required hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM weekdays. The starting rate is $20.05/hr. Requirements
- Manages phones.
- Greets patients.
- Schedules/confirms appointments.
- Enters demographics & patient information.
- Verifies insurance coverage, complete forms, collect co-pays.
- Balances cash.
- Maintains schedule in EMR system, and processes pre-certs/authorizations & referrals as well as medical records releases.
