  • Previous MOA or medical office experience
  • MSP billing experience
  • EMR experience

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Booking appointments and managing physician schedules
  • Answering and triaging phone calls
  • Maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Processing referrals, requisitions, and specialist correspondence
  • Medical billing and administrative support
  • Working collaboratively with physicians and the clinical team
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining patient confidentiality
