Requirements

  • Twelve (12) months previous experience working in an office environment.
  • Medical Office Administration Diploma
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Intermediate Computer Skills
  • Advanced Keyboarding Skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
  • Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.

Responsibilities

  • Provides medical administrative support to departments/programs including medical transcription.
