Since 2006, ChristianaCare's Kidney Transplant Program has provided comprehensive kidney transplant and living donor services to the Delaware community, helping more than 1,000 patients each year through transplant evaluation, living donation evaluation, waitlist management, post-donation care, and post-transplant care. Our program is both Medicare and UNOS approved, demonstrating our commitment to the highest standards of patient care, clinical excellence, and transplant outcomes.
