It also requires a passion for the core components of private civil litigation: trial work, legal research and substantive brief-writing, discovery, depositions, and expert witnesses. Requirements

Maryland Bar membership required
D.C. and/or Virginia Bar membership preferred
Willingness to become barred in D.C. if not already licensed
Passion for healthcare
Passion for private civil litigation including trial work, legal research, brief-writing, discovery, depositions, and expert witnesses
Ability to work with a diverse array of top-tier attorneys
