About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney for its Philadelphia, PA office. This role involves assisting in the defense of Medical Malpractice and catastrophic loss cases. The firm emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and attorney growth. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of 8 lawyers, working primarily under 2 shareholders, handling traditional medical malpractice, catastrophic casualty, and long-term care cases. The firm is committed to hiring associates who wish to learn, develop their legal skills, and advance within the firm.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience as an attorney.
- Interest in defending high exposure claims.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Strong legal writing skills.
- Strong research skills.
- Strong communication skills.
