Requirements

• Active California Bar license
• Strong litigation background (Medical Malpractice preferred)
• Proven experience in expert depositions
• Proven experience in litigation drafting (pleadings, motions, discovery)
• Proven experience in depositions, hearings, and case handling
• Strong exposure to medical records & expert witnesses
• Strong exposure to liability analysis
• Ability to transition into Personal Injury litigation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

• Personal Injury (PI) experience
• Spanish fluency
• Experience handling high-value cases
• Plaintiff-side firm background

Responsibilities

• Handle high-value personal injury cases end-to-end
• Lead and conduct expert witness depositions
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Work closely with medical experts and liability specialists
• Analyze medical records and case evidence
• Provide client guidance throughout the case lifecycle
• Collaborate internally on case strategy and litigation execution
