About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and ASCP-certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) for a temp to perm opportunity. The ideal candidate will work a weekend schedule, specifically Friday through Sunday from 6 PM to 6 AM. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
Requirements
- ASCP certification is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience working in a laboratory setting.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with EMR TruBridge is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses on various specimens.
- Utilize advanced laboratory equipment for testing, including: Siemens EXL 200 – Chemistry/Immunochemistry Siemens EXL w/LM – Chemistry/Immunochemistry Sysmex XN – 550 - Hematology Clinitek Status – Urinalysis Alere Triage Metro Pro – BNP and D-Dimer Hemochron Signature Elite – PT and PTT Nova Prime and Nova Prime Plus – Blood Gas analysis Blood Bank – Tube system for sample management Medtox – Urine Drug Screen
