About The Position

This position requires an active Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification (ASCP or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience. The role involves performing a wide range of tests including hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank testing. Key responsibilities include maintaining laboratory quality control, performing instrument maintenance, and accurately processing specimens. The technician will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting laboratory results with excellent attention to detail.

Requirements
