Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences with 26 science credits with appropriate experience in a CLIA laboratory, OR Military Training Program (An official U.S. Military medical laboratory procedures training course and that the applicant has held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist - Laboratory Technician.)
  • 1 year experience in relevant laboratory section
  • Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree that satisfy regulatory agency requirement
