The Pathology Technologist reports to the Pathology Manager and works under general supervision in accordance with department policies and procedures. This role involves performing complex clinical laboratory tests across one or more sections of the Pathology Department. The position requires a professional level of expertise to accurately read and interpret test results, particularly abnormal or atypical findings. Key responsibilities include instrument calibration, quality control, and accurate reporting of test results.
