About The Position

Cascade Medical, located in downtown Leavenworth, is seeking a full-time Medical Laboratory Scientist. This role involves performing laboratory procedures accurately and efficiently, adhering to hospital and departmental policies. The Medical Laboratory Scientist will work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local agencies. This position also involves assisting the Laboratory Director with specific responsibilities. The work schedule is a rotating four 10-hour shift pattern per week, Monday through Friday, with shift times either 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The schedule includes on-call duties and rotating weekends. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a pre-employment drug screen, including THC testing.

• Must be able to work a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week between Monday-Friday.
• Must be available for on-call shifts and rotating weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.
