Responsibilities include: Perform diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, and microbiology Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment Perform quality control procedures and equipment calibration Analyze and interpret laboratory results using sound professional judgment Collect and process patient specimens, including phlebotomy as needed Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support timely patient care Accurately document laboratory findings within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Maintain compliance with laboratory safety, quality assurance, and accreditation standards Phlebotomy experience needed
