About The Position

Blood Assurance is seeking a dependable and compassionate Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Lab Technician for a full-time, first-shift position in the Chattanooga area. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with rotating weekends. The role supports blood component processing, donor testing, and reference laboratory work. Duties include preparing, labeling, and shipping blood and blood components, as well as performing various clerical tasks.

Requirements

• Current MT or MLT ASCP certification.
• An associate or bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A positive, professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Blood bank experience is preferred but not required.
