About The Position

This role involves monitoring, coordinating, and/or performing quality control/quality assurance activities within a defined laboratory. The Medical Laboratory Scientist - Quality Control provides support for laboratory technical and non-technical staff to expedite workflow and aid in the resolution of technical problems. A fundamental understanding of specimen processing, test performance, and reporting test results for all tests performed in the laboratory is required.
