Responsibilities

Perform high complexity laboratory testing across multiple disciplines (chemistry, hematology, microbiology, blood bank, immunology)
Analyze and interpret laboratory results and report findings
Ensure quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance
Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments
Train and mentor laboratory staff and students
Assist in developing and updating laboratory procedures
Communicate critical results to healthcare providers
