Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate of Science Degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, or Biology.
- National certification from ASCP or AMT, or eligibility for certification.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR.
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist.
Responsibilities
- Conducting essential laboratory tests on patient specimens.
- Meticulously recording and interpreting results to provide accurate diagnostic information to healthcare providers.
- Ensuring the proper utilization and upkeep of laboratory equipment.
- Adhering to stringent policies and safety protocols established by the Laboratory Medical Director.
