Medical Laboratory Scientist Lead
About The Position
The Medical Laboratory Scientist Lead will bring their passion to Texas Health to be Better + Together. This role will assist bench technologists in solving QC and technical problems, assume bench duties as scheduled, and evaluate workload and assist as needed. The Lead will adhere to section, laboratory, hospital, and system guidelines, procedures, and policies, and will manage supplies, reagent inventory, costs, and section charges. Texas Health Fort Worth is an 851-bed, Magnet-designated, full-service hospital that has served the Fort Worth community since 1930, offering advanced care in various specialties and holding numerous certifications and recognitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 4-year experience and training in a medical laboratory required
- 2-year leadership experience
Nice To Haves
- MLS II experience is preferred
