Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent.
Experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and techniques.
Understanding of laboratory safety and quality control.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Microbiology.
Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS).

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples.
Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
Analyze and interpret test results.
Document and report findings accurately.
Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.
