About The Position

This role is for a Medical Laboratory Scientist Group Lead in Molecular Oncology, located in Lewisville, TX. The schedule is Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position involves performing moderate to high complexity test procedures that require independent judgment and responsibility in areas of qualification by education, training, and experience. The role also includes assisting the Lab Supervisor and serving as a technical resource for the department.

Requirements

Qualified by education, training and experience in molecular oncology laboratory testing.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and responsibility in performing tests.

Responsibilities

Perform test procedures of moderate/high complexity requiring the exercise of independent judgement and responsibility in those specialties in which they are qualified by education, training and experience.
Assist Lab Supervisor.
Serve as a technical resource for the department.
