About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Medical Laboratory Scientist Group Lead in Neptune, NJ. This role is a hospital-based position at Jersey Shore. The pay range is $33.81 - $55.81 per hour, with potential shift differentials for second and third shifts. Salary offers are determined by relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market, and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

Requirements

Qualified by education, training and experience in specialties to perform moderate/high complexity tests.

Responsibilities

Perform test procedures of moderate/high complexity requiring the exercise of independent judgement and responsibility in those specialties in which they are qualified by education, training and experience.
Assist Lab Supervisor and serve as a technical resource for the department.
