Requirements
- Functions with the general supervision of senior technical/clinical personnel.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, receiving, processing, and distributing laboratory specimens or blood from voluntary blood donors.
- Communicating information about tests and test results.
- Performing operational and support functions.
- Assessing blood donor health histories.
- Assisting in the orientation and training of new employees.
- Performing all job duties with sensitivity and attention to the age and developmental issues of the patient populations(s) being served.
