Position/Specialty: MLT 2 (2 year associate degree) Shift: 5x8s, Mon-Fri 7a-4p (1-hour lunch) Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No Weekend REQ? (Y/N): No Will this traveler float between service lines? (Y/N): Yes National Certs REQ: ASCP (with MLT or MLS), or AMT (with MLT or MLS) – state license is NOT required Experience Required: Strong chemistry background. Epic experience Experience Preferred: Prefer experience on the Abbott Alinity CI, and Hematology experience on the Sysmex 1000 is a plus. Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) no Local Radius: 60-Miles Locals Accepted: (Y/N) Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less that the posted bill rate. RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
