About The Position

Performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in the diagnosis and/or monitoring of various disease states. Maintains laboratory records. Follows laboratory policies and procedures, as well as maintains quality control practices in the laboratory. Performs routine laboratory tests in various sections of the laboratory.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Science required.
• MLT certification through ASCP or AMT preferred.
• Laboratory experience preferred.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
