About The Position
Fortis College is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to serve as Program Director at its Baton Rouge campus. This role involves providing lab and/or classroom instruction, clinical oversight, preparing student progress reports, evaluating teaching materials, advising students, managing program faculty, and overseeing program outcomes. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, detailed-oriented, and extremely professional, with a desire to help students achieve their career goals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Three (3) years of experience as a Med Tech
- Three (3) years of experience teaching
- Current ASCP certification
- Graduate from an accredited Med Tech program
- Ability to travel to clinical sites if needed
