About The Position
The Medical Lab Technician (MLT) plays a crucial role in the healthcare system by performing laboratory tests that aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Requirements
- Certification in good standing as a Medical Laboratory Technician MLT(ASCP) with the American Society for Clinical Pathology (preferred) or equivalent required.
- Recent graduates with an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology may be considered.
- Must obtain certification within one (1) year of employment

- Attention to detail is critical in ensuring that all laboratory procedures are followed meticulously, minimizing the risk of errors.
- Communication skills are also important, as the MLT must effectively relay findings to healthcare providers and collaborate with team members.
