About The Position

Available Medical Lab Scientist/Tech Opportunities: Part-Time (16 Hrs Per Pay Period): Night Shift - Every Other Weekend. The Medical Lab Scientist or Medical Lab Tech obtains or receives specimens, performs clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedures, understands method principles, performs quality control and preventive maintenance, interprets results accurately, acceptably and within critical limits, works independently, organizing work to meet established deadlines, and validates all data obtained.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science - OR - Bachelor's in some other field of study AND completion of a Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science program - OR - MT-HEW certification will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
• Clinical Laboratory Science Experience Required
• ASCP or AMT eligible
• Computer Skills to include use and navigation
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Multitasking
