This role involves supporting clinical testing, specimen preparation and processing, and adhering to all laboratory policies, procedures, and regulations. The position requires competency in infection prevention, quality control, and handling patient information with confidentiality. The assistant must be able to provide age-specific care to patients ranging from birth to 100+ years.
