About The Position

We’re hiring a MICU RN in Ocala, Florida who wants high-acuity medical critical care experience and long-term growth in a Level I Trauma Center. You’ll step into a medical ICU role focused on delivering patient-centered care for complex, critically ill patients. You’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team while using strong clinical judgment to assess, perform, teach, and manage care with confidence.

Requirements

• 1+ year of acute care RN experience with higher acuity preferred
• Active Florida RN license or compact license
• Ready to grow in a medical ICU setting
• Committed to excellent patient outcomes
• Strong Med/Surg RNs ready to transition into ICU are encouraged to apply
