About The Position

The Insurance Collector is a member of the team responsible for coordinating and processing patient and insurance billing. This role involves submitting claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance companies to secure payment, working on insurance portals to key and correct claims, researching and investigating billing policies to resolve all claim denials, and regular follow-up with insurance companies for claim status. The Insurance Collector will also work to achieve daily and monthly performance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience with Microsoft office
