Requirements
- Medical Office Assistant diploma (MOA)
- Twelve (12) months previous experience working in a medical office environment
- Experienced in medical terminology
- Intermediate - Keyboarding skills
- Intermediate - Computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Computed Tomography (CT) scheduling.
- Familiarity with the Saskatchewan Health Authority's systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Schedule medical imaging appointments.
- Manage patient records and documentation.
- Communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Perform administrative tasks related to scheduling and patient flow.
Benefits
- Pay Band 11 $22.600 to $24.210 (3 step range)
