About The Position

Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center is seeking a Medical Front Office Coordinator to float between their Alpharetta, Marietta, and Woodstock locations. This full-time outpatient position requires excellent customer service and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, enjoy working with people, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Some medical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate front office operations for an outpatient physical therapy clinic.
  • Float between Alpharetta, Marietta, and Woodstock locations as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients.
  • Manage scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy.
  • Support the clinical team with front office duties.
