Medical Front Office Coordinator - Float
About The Position
Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center is seeking a Medical Front Office Coordinator to float between their Alpharetta, Marietta, Woodstock, and occasionally Riverdale locations. This is a full-time position in an outpatient setting. The clinic primarily focuses on musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, treating both non-surgical and post-operative cases, including sport-specific rehabilitation, and joint and spine management. The company emphasizes an optimal caseload to dedicate valuable time to each patient and deliver the highest standard of care through a patient-centric, individualized approach.
Requirements

- Some medical experience is preferred.
- Proficient in typing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook Applications.

- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain critical thinking skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and good judgment.
- Must possess strong customer service skills (phone and in person).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate front office operations for multiple clinic locations.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients both in person and over the phone.
- Manage scheduling and ensure prompt patient appointments.
- Handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Maintain critical thinking skills while working under deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
