About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join their team at the Ridgefield clinic. To be successful in this role, candidates need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and a desire to make a positive impact on patients. The responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. The clinic values individuals who can multitask, work well as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial for providing high-quality, compassionate care. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender-affirming treatment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors
  • Strong computer keyboarding skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attendance (Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance)
  • Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas (vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment)

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience
  • Experience with Epic
