Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in person, over the phone, via email, and live chat
  • Verify vision insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
  • Process invoices for eye exams and other services
  • Accept payments both in person and over the phone
  • Conduct preliminary vision tests using optometric equipment
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience through excellent customer service
