Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a medical field
Active RN or LMSW license
Significant case management experience
Strong working knowledge of evidence-based guidelines, including the ODG by MCG or Return-to-Work guidelines
Minimum of three years of experience in workers' compensation
Minimum of three years of case management experience

Responsibilities

Actively manage a caseload of injured employees, ensuring they receive the highest level of care throughout their recovery journey.
Attend provider appointments and facilitate essential treatments and therapies.
Establish a vital 3-point contact system with the injured employee, employer, and medical provider within 48 hours of receiving a referral.
Acknowledge referral receipts to the adjuster within 24 hours.
Utilize the SmartCat system to document notes and operate within evidence-based guidelines.
