Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in medical field
  • Registered Nurse designation
  • At least three years of experience in Workers' Compensation
  • Working knowledge of evidence-based guidelines, such as ODG by MCG
  • Working knowledge of return to work protocols
  • Case Management Certification
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills, enabling sound judgment in decision-making and assessment processes.
  • Ability to work independently to manage caseload efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
