Medical Facility Parking Booth Attendant (FT or PT)
About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, upbeat greeter to work at a medical facility in the Schenectady, NY area. Duties will include greeting patients, visitors, and staff, providing directions, limited patient transport, and calling for transportation and interpreter services. The role is crucial in creating a positive first and last impression for all visitors. A portion of the shift will be spent outdoors and on your feet. The ideal candidate must be prepared to come to work with a smile and a good attitude each morning. Hours are 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with the potential for overtime.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Good references from previous employers
- Neat appearance
- Outstanding attitude
- Must be prepared to be outdoors and on your feet for a portion of your shift
Responsibilities
- Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome
- Provide Directions to Hospital Facilities, referencing a directory
- Limited patient transport responsibilities
- Call for transportation services as needed
- Call for interpreter services as needed
- Be an outstanding first and last impression of every visitor
