Medical Esthetician - Med Spa (Licensed Esthetician)

PLACEM!NT by TZ ConsultingAtlanta, GA
$23 - $25Onsite

About The Position

A growing Midtown Atlanta medical spa and wellness center is hiring a full-time licensed esthetician to its clinical team. You’ll work alongside injectors, wellness providers, and a dedicated patient care team, with an NP/PA on site providing medical oversight for advanced services. This is a revenue-producing clinical role for an esthetician who builds relationships, builds treatment plans, and builds a book.

Requirements

  • Active Georgia esthetician license in good standing (Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on, paid-client professional aesthetic experience.
  • Hands-on experience with hydradermabrasion facial systems, microneedling, and RF microneedling devices/Morpheus8, with appropriate training for every energy-based device you perform.
  • Georgia Assistant Cosmetic Laser Practitioner licensure (or willingness to obtain it with the center’s support) is required for energy-device services.
  • Strong consultation, treatment-planning, rebooking, and retail-sales ability, with verifiable prior production, rebooking, and retail results.
  • An active or developing, professional Instagram or social media presence, plus strong professional references.
  • Able to reliably commute to Midtown Atlanta (approximately 30 minutes or less) with dependable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • A local Atlanta patient following, experience with growth-factor and peptide-based professional skincare protocols, and advanced device certifications are all strong advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced facials, hydradermabrasion treatments, microneedling, and RF microneedling/Morepheus8, with energy-based services delivered under physician-led medical oversight and applicable Georgia laser licensure.
  • Build comprehensive, goals-based treatment plans and rebook patients before they leave, rather than selling isolated services.
  • Recommend home-care products and complementary services, and complete 20-30 documented outbound patient follow-ups on days you are not fully booked.
  • Produce professional social media content and represent the center at community events and vendor partnerships.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, clinical documentation, and safety protocols to medical-practice standards.

Benefits

  • $23-$25 per hour base, plus a monthly service commission on your personally performed, net collected service revenue. Commission escalates in tiers as your production grows, with retail commission on top and no cap on your earning potential.
  • Full commission structure and tier detail are shared during the interview process.
  • A steady mid-tier producer can expect total annual earnings in the $65,000-$85,000 range before retail and tips.
  • Top producers have a credible, demonstrated path past $100,000 annually. Higher earnings are tied directly to your production.
  • Schedule is a full five-day workweek with a minimum of two Saturdays per month; a weekday off is scheduled during Saturday weeks.
