About The Position
The main purpose of this position is to drive individuals and their staff to appointments. Direct Support Professionals in the day program work with the individuals in a workplace setting and in the community. Your main job is to create opportunities for the individuals to increase their quality of life.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must meet and stay in compliance with the Chrysalis driving requirements
- Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form
- Have good judgment and able to handle crisis situations
- Have a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Drive individuals and their staff to appointments.
- Create opportunities for individuals to increase their quality of life.
- Complete all assigned program documentation accurately and within the allotted time frames.
