Three Gables Surgery Center - Medical Director
About The Position
NorthStar is hiring a Medical Director at Three Gables Surgery Center in Proctorville, Ohio. Three Gables Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgery center, managed by St. Mary’s Medical Center. A wide range of same-day surgeries, including orthopedic, ear nose and throat, plastic and reconstructive, ophthalmology, podiatry and pain management, are performed at the center. This is a 100% Medical Direction role with no call, no weekends, and no holidays. The role includes a base compensation of $480,000, a $15,000 Medical Director Stipend, 13 weeks of PTO, and a $60,000 sign-on bonus. The schedule is Monday – Friday 7a-3p. Cases include Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, ENT, General, Podiatry, Plastics, and Neuro.
Requirements
- Medical Director role
- Anesthesiologist or CRNA background preferred
- Experience in managing anesthesia services
- Ability to oversee a variety of surgical cases
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ambulatory surgery centers
- Familiarity with St. Mary’s Medical Center operations
Responsibilities
- Provide medical direction for the surgery center.
