About The Position

Family Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director to lead their established small animal practice in Topeka, Kansas. This role offers an opportunity for a veterinarian passionate about clinical excellence, mentoring, and shaping the future of the hospital. The Medical Director will work with hospital leadership to foster collaboration, elevate patient care, and drive growth while still practicing medicine. The position involves guiding the hospital's medical direction, supporting staff development, and ensuring high-quality veterinary services. Requirements

  • Experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent)
  • Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Utah
  • Have a passion for mentoring and team development
  • Demonstrate strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Enjoy collaborating with hospital leadership
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be committed to advancing standards of care and hospital growth
