Copa Health is seeking multiple Medical Directors to support our East Valley and West Valley programs. This unique opportunity is ideal for psychiatrists who are passionate about patient care and are ready to expand their leadership impact. This position is primarily clinical, allowing physicians to maintain an active patient caseload while dedicating a portion of their time to provider mentorship, quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical leadership. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid/remote work schedule, allowing a combination of telepsychiatry and on-site responsibilities to support our multidisciplinary care teams and organizational initiatives. HIRING & RELOCATION INCENTIVES AVAILABLE! The Medical Director serves as the physician leader for assigned psychiatric services while maintaining a clinical caseload. This role provides clinical oversight, consultation, and mentorship to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants while partnering with site and medical leadership to advance quality, safety, access, and clinical excellence. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Site Administrator, Clinical Director, Lead Nurse, and Primary Care Providers, the Medical Director helps shape the delivery of evidence-based, recovery-oriented behavioral healthcare services across the region.
