About The Position
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Site Medical Director to join their team at the Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The Medical Director will provide clinical direction for patient services and medical staff supervision at the assigned site, reporting to the Statewide Medical Director. This role involves collaboration with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services and participation in committees such as Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Active and unrestricted TN MD/DO license or the ability to obtain one.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
- Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
