About The Position

Progressive Community Health Centers is an independent non-profit organization founded in 1999, operating four clinic locations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With over 100 employees, our mission is to improve the health and quality of life of the community by providing culturally competent services that address identified needs. We deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to approximately 16,000 patients annually, with a focus on serving low-income individuals. Our clinics do not turn away patients based on insurance status or ability to pay. We embrace a patient-centered philosophy and offer a wide array of services including family medicine, internal medicine, women's health, urgent care, dental, radiology, and integrated behavioral health, alongside supportive services like case management, health education, and benefits enrollment.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (MD or DO) from an accredited university with completion of residency programming
• Board certified in Medical Specialty
• Current Wisconsin licensure and DEA license
• Must be vaccinated against influenza and provide proof of vaccination prior to orientation.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with program development and creation of clinical pathways to promote whole person health within the primary care environment
• Five to ten years of clinical experience including ambulatory care
• Three to five year of leadership experience
• Prior work experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center with a diverse patient population
