The Medical Director will provide strategic and clinical leadership for one of South Florida's premier pediatric hematology/oncology programs, guiding clinical operations, research direction, academic growth, and program development for children with cancer and blood disorders. Responsible for building on a strong foundation of philanthropic investment, academic affiliation, and state-funded research to advance world-class, family-centered pediatric cancer care and expand the frontiers of precision medicine and clinical research. The Medical Director leads the Institute's clinical mission, strategic growth, academic advancement, research portfolio, and external engagement. Responsible for oversight of clinical services, multidisciplinary care models, faculty development, philanthropic relationships, and compliance with institutional and state-funded research requirements.
